If you have registered, you will see that the information will be filled in for you on the check out page.

You may choose to write a message to us here regarding your order.

If you are paying with a check, we will then send you the items after receiving and processing your payment.

We currently accept Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover as payment.
